Created in 2007 by Debbie Oswald in loving memory of her husband, the Larry J. Oswald Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund was designed to reward a high performing high school student for his/her efforts, by providing a college scholarship. The criteria for consideration is as follows: the student must be admitted and enrolled in a college or university of his/her choice; the student must show financial need; the student must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average throughout their four years of high school: the student must show evidence of integrity, courage, and dedication to studies. Based on the market value of the fund, there may be more than one scholarship granted. Minimum grants will be $250 per year.
