The Franciscan Poor Clare Nuns, also known as the Sisters of Clare, of the Diocese of Saginaw are a contemplative order of religious women. Following the example of St. Clare, the Poor Clare nuns spend most of their day in prayer. They also support a variety of ministries in the Diocese of Saginaw. Following the example of St. Clare, the Franciscan Poor Clare Nuns Inc. Advised Fund was established in 2015 to provide financial assistance to ministries that assist people in need.
